Job Description

This skill involves the analysis of oils, soybeans, soymeal, lecithin, ricebran, and by-products from processing areas and final shipments and occasional monitoring of packaged goods. This includes the interpretation and communication of results to the proper departments and providing special assistance for continual process and product improvement. The incumbent is responsible for providing accurate and timely analysis of samples in a safe, sanitary and cost effective manner.

Basic Qualifications

1. Be able to read and write

2. Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide

3. Have good computer skills

4. Possess good communication skills

5. Be able to lift at least 50#

6. Be able to work rotating shifts

7. Some college preferred
